Communal facilities include a kitchen to prepare food, as well as a kitchenette with a dining area. There is also a shared living room. Free public parking can be found onsite. Køge Marina and Strandpark with restaurants and cafes, as well as the Køge Hospital are all within 1.5 km.

Please note that parking is free and available for cars and vans on the street and at the property. Tour buses and trucks are not allowed on the property and will be rejected without refunds.
