The apartment is situated near to the centre in district Kalamaja. A 20-minute walk from old town center, even less if you take the bus that stops right outside the building. Only a 10-minute walk from train station (Balti Jaam) & great market area (Telliskivi). Local shop & pizza 2 minutes away (next house).
The apartment lies on the 2-nd floor. There is one living room with sleeping corner (alcove), kitchen, WC with shower room and hallway with wardrobe, all together 40 square meters.

In the kitchen you find knives, forks, spoons and plates and cups.
There are a gas-stove and oven for cooking, electric kettle for making tee, a coffee machine and a microwave for warming up fast food. And the fridge is in the place.
There are two beds in the apartment: A small double bed and a sofa-double bed.

The public transportation (bus No 3) stops in front of the house. The tramstop is about 650m.
