Villa d'Este is situated in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre. It offers luxurious apartments with balconies or terraces. The apartments at the Villa d'Este are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each has a living area with sofa bed and TV with satellite channels. They also feature a dining area, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The residence is located a 1 hour drive from Bordeaux, next to the Bassin d’Arcachon.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A EUR 40 weekly fee applies per pet. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. A damages deposit of EUR 300 is requested upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been noted by the establishment.
