The resort is only 800 meters from the thermal spa Avene and four kilometers from the shops. You will find sixty apartments housed in ten buildings, each with ten floors. Each apartment has either a balcony or a terrace. The complex also has a reception, heated outdoor swimming pool open from May to October, children's playground, boules court, table tennis table and a free parking space. The apartments for 4 to 6 people are fully equipped with a kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge, microwave or microwave / grill, dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet and pay TV. Six 2-room apartments for 4 people, on the ground floor, are equipped for persons with reduced mobility.

At the foot of the Cevennes, in the regional nature park High Languedoc, is the Avene spa with the narrow streets, Roman influences and the world-famous spa. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, horse riding, long walks in the park of High Languedoc or a day of water fun in the water park of Prade. Here you will find three swimming pools, two water slides, a paddle pool and various playgrounds. In the vicinity you can visit the wine cellar of Roquefort, the Salagou lake or the rocks with special shapes in Moureze, Cirque de Moureze. If you like good music, do not miss the "Voix de la Méditerranée" festival. This is organized in July in Lodève.

Additional services such as renting a baby set, bath towels, wireless internet, laundry service and final cleaning can be paid on site. TV free of charge. The deposit of 300 euros can be paid on location on arrival by check, bank card or contact money.
