A protected, completely car-free nature park that brings back the atmosphere of the Picardy coast at the beginning of the century. An architecture with respect for the environment, in an area that is organized in 6 neighborhoods: - The 'Quartier de la Place' district consists of a square square on the large lake. There is a two-story building with large windows that contains the apartments, and 2 small buildings in which you will find the Maison de la Belle Dune and the main reception. On the south side, the square offers a view over the landscaped shore of the artificial lake. - The quarter 'Quartier des Eaux Vives' stretches behind the 'Quartier de la Place' and is connected to walking paths. The district 'Quartier des Eaux Vives' consists of communal holiday houses in groups of 2 to 4 along the canal, which offer a wide view of the water, the surrounding nature or the golf course. - The district 'Quartier du Grand Lac' is an extension of the La Place district and is linked to La Place with a walking path. This district consists of communal holiday homes with a view over the lake. - The 'Quartier du Hameau' district consists of communal holiday homes at the golf course and near the Clubhouse. - The Quartier de l'Ile aux Oiseaux district is located in a particularly quiet area with views of nature, the golf course or the small lake. - Quartier de la Plage district is located 600 meters from the beach of Quend and 1.5 km from the center of the Village Club, and consists of communal holiday homes along the shore of a natural lake, on the edge of a forest. Outdoor swimming pool that is heated in summer (no sea view).

House Standard Description of accommodation: The park has 2 adjacent holiday homes for family or groups of friends (10 to 12 sleeping places). 2 holiday homes for 6 persons each with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen corner, a bathroom and a toilet.
