This residence with modern architecture is located in the Point Zero area of the city of La Grande Motte, just 20 meters from the beach and 400 meters from shops and services. The residence offers 75 apartments with a terrace or loggia for almost all apartments. These are spread over four floors with access to the elevator. The building has a reception, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a free parking space (limited number of places) and an underground paying parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided and TV and reversible air conditioning are included in the rent. For an additional fee you will have access to WiFi in the apartments, you can use the laundry, choose the final cleaning (except the kitchen corner and the dishes).

This studio has an area of about 27 m2 and can accommodate 2 persons. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with fridge, hotplates, microwave/grill and dishwasher. The accommodation also features a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
