This residence sits on the Guerande Peninsula. It offers furnished maisonettes with garden, all situated between 300 metres and one km from the beaches. Lagrange Vacances Les Maisonnettes provides ready-to-live-in houses with kitchenette equipped with hotplates, coffee facilities and a small oven or microwave. Guests can enjoy their meal in the dining area or in their private furnished terrace. Each cottage has a TV and bed linen and towels are available on request. Some of them also feature a mezzanine. Lagrange Vacances Les Maisonnettes is about 2 km from Le Pouliguen city centre and 6 km from La Baule Beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Free private parking is provided on site.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Reception opening times: - Saturday: 16:00 to 20:00 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 - Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00 - Closed on Wednesday Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that only cash or French cheques are accepted as methods of payment for extra charges and deposits. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels
