The residence is located 2 km from the center of Batz sur Mer, 1.5 km from le Criosic TGV station, in a private park with 2 hectares of woods. The four buildings forming the residence are south facing on the sandy beach at the foot of the path along the coast. The residence consists of 62 apartments and offers a variety of types of apartments, some are duplex apartments, so you will find studio apartments for 2 to 4 people, apartments for 7-8 people with three rooms, all fully equipped with kitchen corner with ceramic hobs , microwave and dishwasher, bathroom or shower with toilet and a television for a fee.

In La Baule itself you will find an amusement park, animal park, cinema, casino, bowling alley, discotheque, thalasso therapy, swimming pool, riding school.
