Situated in Pont-de-Larn in southwestern France, Estivel Royal Green offers fully equipped villas. It borders a golf course and features an outdoor swimming pool in its gardens. All the villas come with a kitchen, ensuite facilities, TV and lounge area. They feature a terrace which opens out onto the pool and gardens. Estivel Royal Green is just 20 minutes from the town of Castres. Free private parking is available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. Optional services to be paid on site: - bed linen rental: EUR 8 per person – Towels rental: EUR 8 per kit – baby bed : EUR 15 per stay – baby high chair: EUR 5 per day – baby bed + baby high chair : EUR 25 per stay. A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet.
