About the Apartment:
This 34-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and There is a breakfast bar with two stools for dining. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.
The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a king size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway or the bedroom with a shower, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll be provided with personal guidebook with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival.
Important Information and Policies
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 80€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

About the Paris 17th Arrondissement Location:
Located in the heart of the 17th Arrondissement of Paris, just a few minute’s walk from the monumental Arc de Triomphe, at the end of the most popular shopping streets in the world, the Champs-Elysées. Climb to the top of the Arc to enjoy gorgeous views of the whole city and Eiffel Tower, a truly unique experience! Stop and shop at the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques or satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at Ladurée for some tasty macarons. Within walking distance, you also have the Grand Palais de la Découverte as well as the Petit Palais. Paris's 17th Arrondissement is a good area to stay in as it is residential and home to beautiful architecture. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Parisian Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen.Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Lines 1, 2 & 6), reaching other areas of the city is easy. The Métro Line 1 is the main transport route between East-West Paris and will allow you to easily access many other top Paris attractions, such as the Marais district, the Centre Pompidou the Musée du Louvre, Notre Dame, Saint Germain and many more. The Line 1 will also allow for quick transfers to the central RER stations that give you links to the Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
