Property Details:
This 25-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The studio is furnished with a double sofa bed (extra linens are provided), dining table and chairs and kitchenette. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave/oven, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is no clothes washer, but a laundromat can be found nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a comfortable double bed and quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

About the Neuilly-Sur-Seine Location:
Along with the 16th and 7th arrondissements of Paris, Neuilly-sur-Seine forms one of the most prestigious and prosperous residential areas in the whole of France. Located between the Étoile and La Défense, the green paradise of Bois de Boulogne is at your doorstep. Nature lovers can escape the city and immerse themselves in the park spanning acres and acres of woods and fields, while still staying at the heart of the Paris metropolis. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from surrounding the apartment, including classic French bistros and brasseries, Michelin-starred restaurants or even just a quick sandwich at a café – you will be spoilt for choice. Equally, the supermarket is close by where you can buy all the ingredients to prepare a meal in the kitchen. If you prefer to reach your destinations a little faster, just steps from the apartment’s front door is the Metro station Pont De Neuilly (Line 1), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.

Important Information and Policies

- Final cleaning fee: 45€

- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800€ is required before arrival

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
