About the apartment:
This lovely flat is located on the 3rd floor of a calm residential apartment building without an elevator. The flat features beautiful parquet flooring throughout as well as decorative fireplaces in the living room and bedroom.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the long hallway that leads to the living room. On your right you immediately find the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, tea kettle, coffee machine and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans allow you to prepare a simple meal at home.

Walking down the hallway, you reach the living area, right next to the bedroom.
The living area is furnished with a sofa that can be converted into a bed to sleep 2 additional guests if necessary. There is a flat-screen TV with local channels and a free Wi-Fi connection. There is also a dining table with chairs for 4 guests. A big window illuminates the room, facing on a quiet interior courtyard, right in the heart of the characteristic Parisian buildings.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, and a nice decorative fireplace. All bedding and linens are provided, and you’ll find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are included for the sofa bed.

The bathroom, one step near the bedroom, is outfitted with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Bath towels are also provided for four guests. There is a clothes washing machine and a drying rack is provided should you need to do some washing while in Paris. An iron and board can also be found in the flat.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months.
