About the Apartment:
This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection to allow you to stay connected throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing machine in the property and a drying rack is provided. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.
The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. On arrival, complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your visit should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each arrival.
Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Final cleaning fee: 100€
- Damage Deposit. A damage deposit payment of 800 is required before arrival by credit card.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be €90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

About the Paris 7th Arrondissement Location:
Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Champ de Mars, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll looking up at the iconic Eiffel Tower. Les Invalides is also nearby, hosting one of the best history museums in the city, as well as the Rodin Museum. The River Seine is also within walking distance and you can go to the Champs Elysees or Palais du Tokyo easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a short metro ride away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Le Marais district is also easily accessible for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. The nearest metro station, Ecole Militaire (Line 8), is a short walk from the apartment, and makes it easy to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach St Germain, the Latin Quarter, the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER C is also hugely helpful at getting you to Saint Michel or Gare du Nord in a flash!
