Property Details:
This 60-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, dining table and chairs for 4 and more. The dining area can double up as a home office space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and comes furnished with a double size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The shower room is en-suite to the bedroom with a walk in shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible via the hallway between the entrance and living area. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 3 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
