The studio is situated in a residential area on the heights of the Mont Valerien, a hill with a military fort on the top. The surroundings are very calm and secure. The 3 suburbs Nanterre, Suresnes and Rueil Malmaison culminates here, just on the west side of Paris. Very close by, you will find a supermarket, a bakery and a Pizza take away. You also find the chic restaurant La Haut with a panoramic view over Paris.

The studio has a total surface of 30 m2. It is totally independent with own entrance and a private bathroom. In the main room you find an open kitchen, a dinner table with television. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, induction cooker, combined micro and conventional oven, coffee machine and standard kitchen ware. Upon demand it would be possible de provide an extra mattress to accommodate four persons. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

For longer stays it is possible to get access to the washing machine and drying room.

Free parking in the street. Usually there are always free spaces available. Private parking on demand
