Located just 120 metres from the beach in Trestel, Résidence Saint-Yves offers modern apartments with self-catering facilities. Private parking is free on site and Saint-Samson Golf Club is 18 km away. These apartments can accommodate 4 or 6 people, and some of them feature a 60 m² terrace with a sea view. A stove, fridge and microwave are provided in the kitchen for making meals. Lannion Train Station is 17 km from the residence and there are restaurants located nearby. You can visit the Wax Museum in Perros-Guirec, 10 km away.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 14 per person or bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Résidence Saint-Yves in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Towels and bed linen are not provided. An additional fee of 30 euros per animal per week must be paid upon arrival
