Located 3 km from the Futuroscope Attraction Park and set in a garden, Cosy Studio offers self-catering accommodations with private terraces in a secured residence. Free WiFi access is provided. The studios at Cosy Studio have a private bathroom with a shower. A TV with cable channels is also included. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, a refrigerator and a microwave. Guests have access to a private area in the garden. An outdoor pool can be enjoyed from 31 May to 15 September (depending on the weather). Grocers can be found within 500 metres. The residence is situated 2 km from the train station and 8 km from Poitiers-Biard Airport. The A10 motorway is situated 2 km away and there is a free car park on site.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 04 Sept 2022 until Wed 31 May 2023 Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for a EUR 10 fee per bed. Please note that the pool is open from 31 May until 15 September. The keys can be picked up at the property directly with directions provided over the phone by the partner. You can choose to clean your accommodation yourself. A cleaning fee of € 60 per stay will be charged if you don't clean before checking out.
