The residence is situated in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, just 250 metres from the beach. Each bright apartment has an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area. There is a mezzanine and a bathroom with a bath or shower. It is possible to have a TV on request and for an extra charge. Les Maisons du Lac residence is situated 100 metres from a thalassotherapy centre and 2 km from the main promenade with cafés, restaurants and bars.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
