Gite "Nissou" of 51 m2 with Airco is adjacent to the owner's house and has its own terrace and private entrance. The room is heated or cooled with air conditioning. On the ground floor there are a double bed (140 x 190), a dining table, a sofa and an open kitchen. The bathroom is in a separate room with separate toilet. There are 2 very confortable single beds (90 x 200) in the attic with fixed staircase. All beds have already been made for you. A washing machine is available for guests.
The use of the air conditioning is for your own account (0.30 cents per KWh). The unit is equipped with a separate electricity meter. The first 10 € are included in the rent (enough for normal use). If you use more than this will be charged separately.
