The bedroom offers a large double bed, TV and enough storage space. The living room has a sofa, desk, and TV. The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub, toilet, and hairdryer. Free wifi is available throughout the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located in Berlin, Berlin-Mitte. It has excellent public transport connections, with a bus stop in front of the door (Heinrich-Heine-Platz) and the subway stop Heinrich-Heine-Straße within 450 m walking distance. For the daily grocery shopping, there is an Aldi in the outbuilding and a Lidl and Edeka less than 5 minutes walk away. To the Spree you walk about one kilometer
