The former commercial unit was turned into an industrial style 3 bedroom apartment. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 80 m² there is space for up to 8 people. The living area offers a dining table, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat-screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower/WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Karl-Marx-Strasse & Rathaus Neukölln.

Tempelhofer Feld, the former city airport which is a huge park now, is a great spot to hang out in summer.

Shopping mall Neukölln Arcaden are just a few meters as well.

Underground stations U Karl-Marx-Str. & U Rathaus Neukölln with access to underground line U7 are just a few meters from the apartment.

Alexanderplatz: 15 minutes
Brandeburger Tor: 30 minutes
