This old-style Berlin penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen for you to use with space to sit and relax, have a drink and watch TV. You'll have your own bedroom with 180cm double plus single bed, a kitchen/living room with one 140cm sofa bed, and your own private bathroom. Please note that the flat is located on the 5th floor without an elevator.

You're right next to the metro line U8 at Rosenthaler Platz, and a 5-minute walk from Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz on the U2.

It is a "Whole Apartment" according to Agoda standards, as guests have their own bathroom and kitchen. However, guests only have access to a smaller portion (<50%) of the entire apartment. I live by myself as a host in the same apartment on the larger part (> 50 v.H.), but guests do not have to share anything with me! Hence the category "Whole apartment" on Agoda.
