The former commercial unit has direct street access and was converted and renovated into a 2 bedroom apartment. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 72 m² there is space for up to 8 people. The bright living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds, and a flat-screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a shower/WC as well as a washing machine and dryer. Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center.
