Set in Timmenrode in the heart of the Harz Mountains, this guest house offers proximity to many summer and winter leisure activities. A free transfer from Thale or Blankenburg can be arranged. The rooms at Harzer Ferienpension are simply decorated and come with a TV and a private bathroom. Some room have a minibar and some come with a private terrace or entrance. Guest house Harzer Ferienpension has a breakfast room, a restaurant and a beer garden, where guests can enjoy local as well as international specialties. The guest house provides a bike rental service for a small fee. Within 5 km guests may relax by swimming at Timmenrode Public Pool, cross-country skiing or visiting Westernstadt Amusement Park. Historic Wernigerode and Quedlingburg are both reachable with 15 km. Guests can hike along trails such as the Teufelsmauer to Blankenburg or over Mt Küsterberg to Thale, both 4 km away.
