Make yourself at home in this modern, bright & central apartment in one of the most popular districts of Duisburg. The apartment has a size of 60sqm and was recently renovated in September 2019. You will find a very comfortable king-size double bed with bed linen provided, where two people have more than enough space to sleep. In the living room there is a sofa bed, where another 2 persons can find a place to sleep. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a Smart-TV including Netflix, WIFI and a sound system. The entire accommodation is fully equipped for cooking, washing, showering and simply feeling good. Sufficient towels are of course provided for the guests of the apartment.A small winter garden, which can also be used as an open balcony, invites you to relax.The apartment comes with a number of high quality devices, which are not the typical short term rental standard. Every guest gets 1-2 bottles of water, coffee with milk and sugar, tea, a quick dish (spaghetti arriabata), sweets and spices provided.
