Family-run since 1862, this hotel offers cozy accommodation. The restaurant and reception are in a historic half-timbered house, which was built before 1663. The comfort rooms are housed in the main building with a garden around it. The business and standard rooms are in the guest house, facing the parking lot or a brook. All rooms have a TV, a desk, and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Some of the comfort rooms have a terrace or balcony. A rich breakfast buffet is available each morning in the Hellers Krug's restaurant. In summer we also serve our dishes on the terrace in front of the historic building. The Hellers Krug is an ideal base for bike and motorcycle tours and has a drying room. Bicycles can be parked in the bike room and there are secure parking spaces for motorbikes in the asphalt courtyard. You can reach the city center (1000m) after a 15-minute walk through the park. It is only another 400m to the Weser through the pedestrian zone and old town. It is only 1200m to the train station.
