The holiday accommodation is located in the quiet town of Elmenhorst, an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the region. Location of accommodation: Elmenhorst is located about 5 km from the small town of Klütz on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Lübeck. The Klützer Winkel, the granary of Mecklenburg, impresses with its charming landscape, relax in nature... and get to know northwest Mecklenburg: wide fields and forests, many horse paddocks, small idyllic villages... are typical of this region. Beach: There are natural bathing beaches (e.g. Steinbeck) very close by (approx. 2.5 km). These are very easy to reach by bike or on foot. Leisure time at the holiday destination: The Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen is about 8 km away... it's more lively here. A spacious, well-kept sandy beach invites you to play sports, play, (sun) bathe and swim. Stroll on the pier, from which excursion boats leave in season, or on the long beach promenade and linger in one of the numerous restaurants and cafés. Many cycling and hiking trails offer the best conditions for an active holiday. Check out Bothmer Castle in Klütz. The entire complex is very impressive and a walk through the castle park is very worthwhile. In Klütz there is also the butterfly park with numerous species. Trips to the Hanseatic cities or Lübeck are highly recommended. Shopping options: In Klütz you have the choice between various supermarkets, and there is also a pharmacy, a savings bank and numerous smaller shops right next to the market. Of course, the small town also has a baker and a butcher as well as various cafés and restaurants (e.g. in the Klützer Mühle). Children's extras: Children have plenty of space to play and run around on the property's large area. Among other things, there is a sheltered corner with a small playground and
