The holiday apartment with the funny name "Schlummerhausen" is located in Beilstein-Schmidhausen - the quiet and beautiful district of Beilstein that gave it its name. In addition to a great location, the apartment also offers modern and cozy accommodation with many well thought-out refinements. Modern fitted kitchen, stylish dining area with table and 4 chairs, wardrobe and sleeping accommodation for 1-4 people, armchair, wardrobe, small bathroom with shower. The apartment enchants its guests with mosaic and glossy floors, paneled ceilings with indirect lighting. Feet up, relax, start dreaming. Flat screen TV with satellite reception and teletext, super fast WiFi, Internet (120 MBit/s). An Amazon Fire TV Stick with Alexa voice control is available for playing music or Amazon Prime movies. Use is by arrangement. So you don't have to do without anything here.
The apartment offers you a separate entrance and free parking on the street.
The fitted kitchen is also well equipped: fridge and stove, pots and pans, glasses and crockery, sink and kettle through to the clever egg cooker - we have thought of everything.
Linen, towels and bed linen are included in the price and are sufficiently available. If you are still missing something, let us know, we will be happy to help.
The bathroom is small but nice, equipped with a shower and modern glass partition, washbasin, toilet and bathroom cabinet.
Child-friendliness is a matter of course for us and a cot can be provided free of charge on request. A large public children's playground for sanding and digging, sliding and climbing is located 50 meters from the holiday apartment, without crossing the street and is very popular with small and large children, including their own offspring and junior boss "Jonas".
We also recommend some sights in Beilstein. For example, the Beilstein Castle with falconry and flight demonstrations should not be missed. Beilstein also has an indoor pool and a highly recommended large outdoor pool with many great water slides for young and old - well worth a visit. Beilstein is conveniently located just a few minutes from the A81 motorway and can therefore be reached quickly and is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. Beilstein is also part of the Württemberg Wine Route - you will probably not be able to explore all of the 320 km long cycle paths and 420 km branched hiking trails, we have put together tips for you here. There are also good bus connections to Beilstein-Zentrum and Marbach.

The apartment "Schlummerhausen" is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area. Directly at the holiday apartment there is a very large children's playground, also for our little guests or as a starting point for hikes and walks, without crossing the street. A hike to the castle in Beilstein with a restaurant or flight demonstrations - 10 minutes on foot or hike a little further over the vineyards to Lake St. Anna in Beilstein. Our apartment is child and pet friendly. For children and small children there is an additional travel cot in the holiday apartment, which is already in the holiday apartment. 2 adults and 2 children are also possible on the sofa bed by arrangement. Air conditioning is not necessary for us and does not make sense, because the apartment is wonderfully cool in the basement even in summer due to its design and is heated by central heating in winter.
