This gorgeous holiday flat is spread over three floors and is located in the old silos of a historic watermill dating back to 1692. While the mill is no longer in operation today, the Niese still flows below the flat. Recently renovated, it has been designed to offer its guests maximum comfort. Nestled in the idyllic landscape of Schieder-Schwalenberg, it promises an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature. The lower floor invites you to enjoy leisure activities together and offers a cosy room with a pool table. A picturesque, albeit very steep staircase leads to the two upper floors, where you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The flat has two bathrooms, so each bedroom has its own bathroom. For those who would like to spend their holiday with their beloved four-legged friends, there is the option of renting a horse stable. So you can explore the beautiful surroundings together with your faithful companion. We offer space for up to two horses! Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead on the property. We would also like to point out that the steep stairs are not suitable for every dog. The region around Schieder-Schwalenberg is a true paradise for nature lovers and fairytale enthusiasts alike. Discover the fascinating Externsteine, explore the LWL open-air museum in Detmold or marvel at the imposing Hermann monument. The spa gardens in Bad Pyrmont and the bird park in Heiligenkirchen also invite you to spend relaxing days in nature.
