This traditional-style guest house in Bettwar, 6 km from the historic town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, offers quiet rooms, rich breakfast buffets, and popular Franconian food. It is in the scenic Taubertal valley, in the Frankenhöhe nature park. The family-run Gasthof Alte Schreinerei has spacious rooms and suites with light wooden furniture and private bathrooms. They are decorated in a Frankonian style and some include a TV. Seasonal fish, meat dishes, and vegetarian options are served in the Alte Schreinerei’s country-style restaurant. Guests can also dine on the large sun terrace. The Gästehaus Alte Schreinerei is surrounded by many hiking and cycling routes. Free parking facilities for cars and motorbikes are available at the Alte Schreinerei.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The reception desk is also only open for limited hours on these days.
