You just have to walk down the street and cross it to be able to ski (450 meters)! The newly built apartment house is in a quiet location on the edge of the village. You can explore one of the many beautiful hiking trails directly from the house, enjoy nature and return to this comfortable apartment at the end of the day. In Neuastenberg there are several restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and several ski rental stations. The famous winter sports resort of Winterberg is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
