Great location just fifteen minutes walk from the airport and border to Spain. Overlooking Ocean Village marina with a surplus of bars and restaurants. One flight of external stairs up to the studio. The food store which stocks Tesco goods is a minute away. Easy bus route to the border and Morrisons. Great fibre optic wifi. 55 inch flat screen wall mounted TV. Netflix available along with UK programmes, You Tube etc. Comfortable sitting area and kitchen with combination/microwave oven fridge/freezer, dishwasher, extractor fan, cupboard space. Bedroom - Room for a bed and really nothing else but it is cosy and the double bed is very comfortable. Curtain to give more privacy. Large shower bathroom with rain shower. Washing machine. Two wall mounted electric heaters which have time plugs and which heat the place within minutes. Also ceiling fan in the bedroom and wall mounted fan in the sitting room. No room for aircon unit, so fans are an essential in the summer.
As there is a flight of external stairs up to the flat this is sadly not accessible to those who are confined to a wheelchair, or have difficulty with steps.

Sunborn Floating Hotel has a great spa for massages, facials etc. Casemates and Main Street are five minutes walk away.
Sadly the Gibraltar government has now imposed a tourist tax of £3 per person per day which I must ask you to pay separately as I am obliged by law to collect and pass on to the government.
