The house is opposite Agia Varvara church. There are 3 organized beaches that can be reached on foot as they are about 100 meters away from the house. Marathonas A and Marathonas B beaches are sandy beaches. The area has many seaside cafes, restaurants and beach bars and there is also a supermarket at 30 meters from the house. A health center, pharmacy, and ATM can be found 5km away from Aegina town.

Its usual residents state it is ideal for “outdoor living” as the private lawn spaces are perfect for families with children or for just sunbathing on the chaise lounge chairs. There are two different sitting and dining spaces with a gas barbecue. This is an ideal maisonette guaranteed to offer you comfort, total relaxation, and peace of mind.

On the first floor, there are two spacious modern bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and side tables. The second bedroom has a semi double bed and another single bed which is stored underneath the main bed which can be set up for accommodating an extra person. There is also one small couch suitable for a small child.
