The 160 sq. m house has 3 bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and beautifully decorated, each one with a balcony viewing the sea, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, a microwave and a dishwasher, 2 dining areas, one inside and one outside at the backyard with the barbecue area, and a spacious living room and a veranda with the staggering view to Saronikos, and the Aegina island. The sunset from the porch of Villa Afroditi is unforgettable. Satellite flat-screen Tv and free wi-fi are also available. The walk in the garden and the terrace of the property is very relaxing and refreshing, and of course very appropriate for children and pets. The wonderful exterior environment flows gently inside the unified space of the living and dining room and the large kitchen, through the front porch and the backyard. The only private areas of the house are the bedrooms. Living Room A very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped living and dining area with a combination of antiques along with designed furniture by the architect owner is ready to welcome the guests. The living room has large openings with view to the sea and the olive garden, almost unified to the front porch. The fire place will be the focal point during winter time.
