The Villa is on two levels and can accommodate 4-6 persons. Beautifully made, composed of wood and stone details, featuring its classic style. The ground floor consists of a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you might need. Moreover, on the ground floor, there is the "master bedroom" with a view to the garden where you can find a double bed and a large closet. Also, there is a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is the "small bedroom" which consists of two single beds and a smaller closet. Outside of the villa, there is a large veranda, and a beautiful garden, full of grass, plants, and flowers, which is the perfect place to have a barbeque party or relax under the shade of the tall pine trees... Yet another, this villa provides the "grand swimming pool". The pool is common-used by some other families and is divided into two, the large one where adults can enjoy swimming or exercise on diving, and the small one appropriate for children...Among beautiful plants and trees, is the best way to enjoy a relaxing swim. Now, if you feel like going to the beach, apart from the crowded one at Sani beach club, or the Sani Beach Hotel, there is a private beach at your disposal 300m away.. The Sani area is the best way to spend your summer vacations, and one of the most luxurious resorts in Greece. It is about 80 km from Thessaloniki and 20 km from Kallithea, one of the most popular places for shopping.
