The house is situated on a hill side covered with olive trees that provides a 180 degrees view over the sea (as well as a refreshing sea breeze). It was build with white stones in a traditional architecture style whilst offering all the needed contemporary comforts. It is a house that instantly makes its guests feel serene and at home. The spaces where designed to enjoy the natural surroundings as much as possible with two outdoor dining spaces as well as a comfortable swimming pool area, all with views over the sea. The house has three spacious master bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, views over the Mediterranean sea and two of them with a little balcony. The construction is ecological (passive), with sophisticated systems (air exchangers, underfloor cooling/heating) which allows to keep the air fresh and dry in all the house in an ecological and healthy way.
