Entering the villa, on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a Tv, the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of fixtures and appliances including. Additionally, a bathroom is found on the same floor. The open plan area opens the yard that leads to the pool area while has a fully equipped barbecue area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, Tv, air condition and a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountain. Independent Guest House The independent guest house is located next to the villa. The guest house consisting of a kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the house has direct access to the swimming pool.
