On the 2nd floor, which is the heart of this home, an open plan, modern, fully equipped kitchen with balcony offers unobstructed views to the pedestrian street, with an elegant dining area (table and chairs for 8 people), an atmospheric lounge with flat-screen TV, and its spacious terrace (table and chairs, barbecue, exhaust fan, sink, cupboards, and awning), which offers great views of the Old Town and also a relaxing interior loft with a nod to the Japanese
