Spectacular view of the nearby area and just 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. Its very close to super market, bakery, a few restaurants and the amazing beach in less than 1 km.
Indoors
The villa covers about 225 sq.m devided into three levels with modern architectural details and design. There are 4 bedrooms in total, with maximum occupancy of 8 people. It offers 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a WC and each bedroom has access to a balcony, a two - level yard with flowers and lawn ideal for kids and a private swimming pool . It is large enough for one, two or three families and provides you everything in order to feel like home!
On the ground floor, you can reach two bedrooms , a wc and one bathroom with a large bath tab. An upper staircase takes you to an open plan area where the spacious living room is along with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
A lower staircase from the ground floor will lead you to two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) . All bedrooms enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding area and are airy and sunny!
At the same level there is one bathroom and a cozy living room with comfortable sofa and fireplace. From the living room there is direct access to the pool area and some view!
Outdoors
The outdoor area is approximately 775 sq.m. garden and yard with private swimming pool, barbeque and sitting/ dining area.
