The residence is surrounded by Mediterranean trees like conifer and olive trees and a blooming garden offering unique views, open spaces, fragrances, and colors. Villa 7 offers a private outdoor pool that features jacuzzi spots. The Pool area features chaise lounge chairs, pool towels, and the appropriate sunshade umbrellas. Pool is chlorinated through saltwater electrolysis, which is a much safer alternative than chlorine, eco-friendly and healthier for the skin.The ground level offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. High quality wooden floors, designer furniture and works of art showcase this unique space.There is a master ensuite bedroom and two double bedrooms (one twin) with wardrobes and TVs, all offering garden and terrace views through the unique glass constructions.
