Villa Koutalas is a 150m2 home designed in two levels, able to accommodate comfortably 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. On the ground level, there is a spacious living room with sofas, cable TV, fireplace with sea views and direct access to the pool. On the upper level, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all of them offering airconditioning, cable TVs as well as balconies with sea or mountain views. Two of the rooms have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds which can also be joined as a double. A convenient kitchenette is also available on the upper level.There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, with shower columns and luxurious marble surfaces.Upon request, extra folded bed can be added both in the master double bedroom and the twin bedroom. Alternatively, the two folded beds can be set in the living room area if preferred.The villa offers private swimming pool and great outdoor areas.
