Enjoy the private pool and stunning views of the Creatan sea, town of Chania and the mountains (Lefka ori). Our Villa includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, free wi-fi, private parking, security system, bbq. Our villa is located in the secluded, quiet neighborhood of Agios Ioannis. The house is built on the top of a hill, in a cluster of pines and olive trees with unencumbered views of the Cretan sea, mountains (Lefka ori) and the city of Chania. A private road leads to the villa and is accessed by a private entrance. You can park you car in the interior parking and after use the interior stairs to access to the entire villa. In the basement is located a fully equipment kitchen and an open space with two dinning rooms and two living rooms with amazing view. Also there is an office room and a toilet. The private pool level is surrounded by a outdoor couch, six sun loungers and a outdoor dining furniture as well as an outdoor shower. --1st floor-- The first bedroom includes a double size bed with an ensuite closet and an ensuite bathroom. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania. Is inluded a tv and air conditioner. The second bedroom includes a double size bed.There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania and mountains. Is inluded a tv and air conditioner. The third bedroom includes two single size beds. There is a balcony with view of the city of Chania and mountains. Is inluded a tv and air conditioner. In the first floor is included also a bathroom . All over the villa, is provided free wifi.
