Just a few minutes by car to some of the best beaches of Laconia (Skoutari, Kamares, Vathi).
The place makes unique the element of stone that dominates, the huge courtyard with coconut plates, the simple classic lines of the house and the exquisite decoration with the magnificent view from a height of 80 meters in the Laconian Gulf.

Kalyvia Gythio is a small, picturesque village with a wonderful view of the Laconian Gulf.
It has the small port of Paganeas and the beach, Kato Pigadi.
The village is located between Gythio and Areopoli, very close to Kotrona and Vathi, Diros Caves and Itilo!
All the above is at a distance of at most 30 km from the house with the over-quiet neighborhood !!
Between us, there is a choice of breakfast and a minibar.
