This beautiful Villa is located on the coast of Mani, 500 m from the sea. Overlooking “Skoutari-Gulf” it offers excellent views on the Mediterranean and the mountains. The villa has been harmoniously combined with modern pieces. Warm colours emphasise the villa's special atmosphere, where guests straight away feel at ease. The house has two wings connected by the castle in the middle. The first wing comprises the large living room, the dining room with open modern kitchen and a guest-WC. The second wing is for sleeping. It is situated on the other side of the entrance hall and has two twin bedrooms with shower/WC and a master bedroom with tub/WC. Next to the built-in wardrobe in the master bedroom, there is a small staircase leading up to a loft, which can be used as sleeping space for children. The castle room on the first floor has a double bed, a shower/WC as well as a desk and can be used either as sleeping room or an office. The balcony offers beautiful views down to the deep blue water and the surrounding landscape. The villa has an independent flat in the basement, which is used by the owner and which can be rented extra on request. The property has about 5000 sq.m and is fenced in by a stone wall with electric entry gate. It is planted with flowers, bushes and trees. An infinity pool and tasteful garden furniture is at guests' disposal. Beautiful sandy beaches “Skoutari” and “Kamares” can be reached within a couple of minutes by car, the next restaurants and shopping facilities are 3 km away.
