The island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast can be seen from the living room and outdoor dining area. The villa stretches over 2 floors, plus loft, and 180 sq. meters, allowing plenty of personal space for residents. The villa sits on 1500m2 of private land. The main entrance leads to the first floor which faces the sea. The first floor consists of the living room, dining area, open kitchen, one bedroom (with double Bed), and 1 bathroom. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea. The second floor consists of a very large loft with a double bed, an ensuite wc, and a single sofa bed. The ground floor 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bath tub, a separate shower room, and a separate wc. Additionally, there is a large room with a complete gym set up, and an additional double sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. There is a spacious large roof-veranda of 35 m2 overlooking the Aegean sea with Bbq facilities .
