The villa, a two-storey cubic private property, that is bathed in light, with uninterrupted views of the sunset, the crystal sea of the blue Aegean and the Islands of Tinos & Delos, is located in Pouli, Ano Diakoftis, a very privileged area, only 4km from Mykonos town. It is very close to Ornos, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located at only 3min drive. In the upper level, there is a living room with fire place, a dining room, both connected to a spacious veranda with built in seating area overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a double-bed bedroom and a bathroom. In the lower level, there is 1 double-bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom & 2 double-bed bedrooms with a bathroom, a second living room all connected to a spacious outdoor area with infinity view of the sea, with the swimming pool area, with sun loungers and with pergola covered dining & seating areas.
