It is an ideal base to explore the island within a short car trip. Built with elegant simplicity it has large openings to marvel the tranquility of the sea, the open country side and the beautiful colors of the sunrise. The attractive double vaulted ceiling of the spacious living room is divided by an arch and a double-sided energy fireplace from the magnificent dome in the dinning area. A fully equipped kitchen reflects the exquisite sense of design. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people, while the master bedroom, graced by a dome as well, has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on a higher level sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are A/C! The WC by the entrance ensure the guests comfort. At the back of the property the secluded swimming pool 5x10 m and 2,20 m deep, which is functionally reached through the kitchen's entrance, is surrounded by a lovely relaxation area perfect for sunbathing and provides sun loungers and pool umbrellas. A large wrap around terrace on both front and rear of the villa gives sun and shade. The villa is a perfect summer or winter residence, ideal for travelers looking for peace and tranquility with an authentic and elegant feeling and also ideal for wedding receptions and miscellaneous celebrations ! On the upper floor there is also a spacious room, which is equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and it is accessed by an exterior staircase with an independent entrance. If used in combination with the entire residence it can accommodate up to eight people. This is available at an extra charge.
