Modern apartment in Saronida, Athenian Riviera with amazing sea and sunset views!
On the terrace you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Saronic Gulf and relax either from the outdoor dining area, from the outdoor lounge or from the sun loungers. The electric awnings will protect you from the hottest moments of the day while in the afternoon you can indulge in the warmth of the sunset enjoying your favorite cocktail!
It consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed (160*200), and the other bedroom has two single beds (90*200). In both bedrooms there are wardrobes and hangers behind the doors. The beds, mattresses, sheets and towels are new and of high quality.
The kitchen is an open space connected to the living room. Fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, nespresso coffee maker, blazer, toaster, kettle, full cooking equipment and utensils, basic foods such as oil, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, so that you can prepare your meals.
In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa (when needed it can also be used as a bed) to relax watching a movie on the large flat screen TV (vodafone tv, disney or netflix) or just put a disc playing on the turntable and enjoy the sea view. There are also board games and playstation games for our young (and of course old) friends. You will also find a pair of binoculars so you can "travel" a little further!
The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, cap, threads and needle, hand and laundry soap, pharmacy, hair dryer, hair iron for straightening and curls, cotton and soap for demake up, cotton buds, mosquito spray, toilet paper and towels.
All rooms and living room have air conditioning offering a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The venue is 27km from Eleftherios Venizelos airport. It is also 29 km from the archaeological site of Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon.
The location is ideal for many activities such as water sports, walking trails and more.

The apartment is located just 50m from a picturesque, quiet and sandy beach . The beach is clean, with clear waters and offers a safe and relaxing swim to young and old. The main square of Saronida, where you can find restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets, is a 5-minute walk away. There are also 4 open-air open-air cinemas nearby. Throughout the area you will find many beautiful beaches, organized or not.
A beach umbrella and a portable cooler are available for carefree relaxation!
