The flat is 116 m² big. It has two bedrooms, one large living room and a spacious modern kitchen with a dining area.
The flat is very modern and luxury, it includes a washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioner, whirlpool, hair dryer and flat iron.

High speed Internet is available. If you are not only here for holidays, there is also a working area. So it´s also a good choice for business trips.
You will have access to the whole flat. In each bedroom, you will find large cupboards so you can store everything. The large bedroom also has a gallery. There is a sofa, which can be converted into a bed as well, if you are more guests.
In case you are interested in a long term renting, we can also help you organizing a regular cleaning service or a parking lot! Feel free to ask!
If you want to Check-In earlier please sent us a request and we check if we have guests leaving that day. Usually it is no problem and of course free of charge!
