With Moroccan influences at the core of its design, Slieve Aughty Centre features an organic restaurant with freshly cooked meals served on a daily basis. The organic garden boasts a variety of salads, fruits and vegetables. Each room at The Three Towers is individually designed, and many rooms have access to shared balconies with scenic views of the forest, gardens and fields. Guests also benefit from a coffee/tea station in the bar. The organic restaurant offers healthy meals using only natural and organic ingredients used. A breakfast menu, buffet lunch & dinner, and tapas are also on offer. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the wine bar, which features outside decking with candles and fires. The Slieve Aughty Riding Centre is located on site and provides horse riding and hiking activities. Go-karting, paintballing and zorbing can be enjoyed at Pallas Karting, which is just a 15-minute drive away.
